All students interested in becoming a part of the movement MUST meet the following conditions:

• Be citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina (with residence in Bosnia and Herzegovina) or attend school in Bosnia and Herzegovina in the last 5 years;
• Be students of the second year or third year of a four-year high school;
• Have excellent or very good general performance at school (minimum total grade point average for all three/five semesters 4.0, except in cases of unsatisfactory success in at least one of the semesters)

Interested candidates SHOULD also meet the following conditions:

• Share the values ​​and ideals of the UWC movement (www.uwc.org);
• Be proficient in English;
• Be active in the local community and extracurricular activities;
• Be ready to represent B&H in a positive light in the international environment
